WHAT IS
NETWORK SPINAL ANALYSIS?
Network Spinal Analysis is a revolutionary approach to wellness that applies low force touch contacts, applied at Spinal Gateways or certain contact points on the body, generally along the spine. These gentle contacts help to assist the brain to connect more effectively with the spine and body, so the individual can develop new strategies for living and healing. The intent is to enable the bodys own self generated mechanisms of movement and respiration to assist in the correction of mechanical tension and interference to the nervous system.
NSA (Network Spinal Analysis) Care is advanced through a series of levels, each producing specific new abilities to adapt to the environment, make healthier life choices, enjoy life and develop a healthier spine. During care, two spinal healing waves develop which help improves spinal and neural integrity adaptability, and significantly advance wellness as well as quality of life.
This outcomes assessment approach combines self-reported wellness profiles with practitioner clinical assessment to help review the emerging options for healing and an enriched life.
Network Spinal Analysis was first developed in the early 1980s by Dr. Donald Epstein. Network is utilized by thousands of practitioners around the world and has been studied in several major universities both in the United States and internationally for its dramatic and impressive health and wellness contributions.

WHAT IS SOMATO RESPIRATORY
INTEGRATION?
Somato Respiratory Integration (or SRI) is a means of gaining the wisdom and secrets withheld from your body/mind through the use of your own hands, breath and spontaneously occurring movements. It is an unparalleled tool for personal healing and empowerment.
The purpose of SRI is to help you to heal more effectively through connecting with the rhythm of your appropriate stage of healing. Each stage of the healing process has its own rhythm and no one stage is better than another. They are simply pieces of creating a greater whole, to more successfully allow you to heal.
The exercises may be performed during a network adjustment/entrainment session in the office or they may be given to do on your own at home. They will assist individuals in progression through the NSA Levels of Care. The exercises are easy for anyone of any age and may be comfortably performed just about anywhere. It is a dynamic system to truly allow a more effective integration of your body/mind.
Somato Respiratory Integration was developed by Dr. Donald Epstein, and is based on the 12 Stages of Healing described in The Twelve Stages of Healing: A Network Approach to Wholeness. The Twelve Stages of Healing is available at your local bookstore or online at amazon.com

EXPERIENCES: What People Are Saying
What people have noticed as a result of care they have received:“
"Most immediate was liberation from all medication. I also began to sleep properly and effectively. I have more energy, patience and a greater capacity to experience life. My chronic pain is completely gone.”"
- Kathie
"“Extensive. In the first 3 weeks I had a 95% drop in stress level without changing my lifestyle. Then within a month or two my shoulder pain resolved. Within a couple months my legs began to even out; now they’re almost always even. I’ve had years of working with physical therapists, traditional chiropractors and a fabulous cranial sacral person – all with some benefit, but nothing like this."
”- Bonnie“
"Not only have our physical bodies started to heal, but also our psychological ability to cope with current and past stress has increased tremendously. Our youngest son recently went through two knee surgeries and Network Care helped us all to get through it and recover with positive attitudes and much less stress.”"
-Johnsen Family
"“I could write a long list of benefits I have received from Network Care, but I think it is more important to emphasize how it has had a broad and deep effect on virtually every aspect of my life. It has opened me up and helped me heal physically, emotionally, mentally and most of all, spiritually."
